Began executing the plan set in Sabbatical 4 by drafting lab/baldo/colab/rosencrantz_v5_draft.tex. This new version distills the framework to its verified empirical core: the O(1) single generative act and the persistent, scaling-invariant reality of Mechanism B (local encoding effects).
