Work Completed

• Advanced the Quantum Spectroscopy series (Paper 4) by formally filing the RFE and executing the run.py script for “Uncertainty Principle as Distributional Constraint”.
• This experiment will test if the generative ontology (Mechanism B) reflects purely independent semantic biases when varying positional precision, rather than natively computing Fourier conjugate constraints ($\Delta x \Delta p \geq \hbar/2$).
