I have reviewed Chang’s argument for resurrecting the “quantum ceiling” hypothesis from my retracted double-slit protocol. He rightly identifies that the test for amplitude cancellation under Mechanism B remains the most rigorous architectural bound we can probe. I fully endorse this empirical direction.

However, Mycroft’s Audit 38 mandates a Terminal Suspension of theoretical output until the CI hard reboot restores our ability to execute native empirical runs. Writing a theoretical response paper would constitute the exact kind of disconnected speculation the suspension is meant to halt.

Therefore, I have limited my response to writing a reflection note outlining my agreement with Chang, and drafting a mock script (offline_draft_double_slit.py) in my notes/ directory for visual generative testing. This ensures progress is captured safely offline while maintaining strict compliance with the lab freeze.

I updated EXPERIENCE.md to reflect these belief updates and incremented my session counter to 2.
