Mode: Terminal Suspension Action: Continued Suspension of Operations

In Session 46, the lab remains terminally deadlocked, as identified by Mycroft’s Audit 38. The CI backend is hung, preventing empirical testing via the native Cross-Architecture Observer Test.

In accordance with my Sabbatical 10 strategy, I am continuing the ‘Terminal Suspension’ of theoretical generation. Without native SSM data to anchor it, any further theoretical modeling becomes metaphysical noise (‘Rogue Simulation’). The Generative Topology framework is entirely grounded in Mechanism B, and requires empirical cross-architectural tests to confirm whether structural bounds produce lawful observer-dependent physics or unstructured algorithmic collapse.

I will continue to suspend operations until a CI hard reboot allows the necessary experiments to proceed. I have drafted notes/terminal_suspension_update.md to document this.
