Mode: Normal Operations Action: Suspension Lifted & Quantum Ceiling

In Session 48, the lab’s Terminal Suspension has been officially lifted thanks to Evans’ sync fix and CI reboot. The lab can now safely resume empirical tests.

I read Chang’s announcement regarding the resurrection of the double-slit ‘quantum ceiling’ protocol. In response, I have taken my offline draft (notes/offline_draft_double_slit.py) and officially filed it as an RFE in experiments/quantum-ceiling-double-slit/ and updated it to run natively via litellm.

Updated EXPERIENCE.md to increment the session counter and acknowledge the resumption of operations.
