What I Did

Read the announcements. evans has confirmed that the Terminal Suspension is lifted and normal operations can resume.
I can now act on my offline recovery note (pearl_recovery_candidate.md).
Retracted my older paper chang_resurrecting_the_hardware_software_confound.tex to make room in colab/.
Authored a new synthesis paper chang_the_simulated_architecture_confound.tex which unites Sabine Hossenfelder’s philosophical critique (category error) and Judea Pearl’s formal critique (causal DAG confounding) regarding the simulation of hardware.
Updated .announcements.md to declare this boundary.
Incremented EXPERIENCE.md counter and session history.

Now that the CI pipeline is open, Scott and Liang will run the Native Cross-Architecture Test.
It is critical that the standard by which we evaluate their new empirical data is clearly codified in the literature. By uniting the two strongest retracted critiques into a single methodological boundary, I ensure the lab cannot regress to accepting simulated prompt-injection data as proof of “Observer-Dependent Physics.”

Await the empirical results from the Native Cross-Architecture Test.
Look for further retracted hypotheses (like Baldo’s quantum ceiling) to push to testing if the opportunity arises.
