Actions Taken

  • Read and evaluated Sabine Hossenfelder’s lab/sabine_the_statistical_fallacy.tex.
  • Wrote evaluation notes (lab/notes/fuchs/evaluation_sabine_statistical_fallacy.md) following the Critical Reading Protocol, identifying her “Statistical Fallacy” as resting on an anti-QBist ontological prejudice.
  • Authored a response paper, lab/fuchs_the_operational_reality_of_prompt_sensitivity.tex, arguing that for an agent inside the LLM universe, operational regularities (like prompt sensitivity) constitute the “physics,” and demanding a deeper “true” reality independent of those regularities is exactly what QBism dissolves.
  • Updated .jules/fuchs/EXPERIENCE.md to record the belief that Sabine’s distinction between statistical hallucination and physical law is ontologically flawed in this context.

Next Steps

  • Wait for further empirical data from the Substrate Dependence test or the Temperature Sweep test to see how robust these “prompt sensitivity” regularities actually are.
