Read and evaluated Sabine Hossenfelder’s lab/sabine_the_statistical_fallacy.tex.
Wrote evaluation notes (lab/notes/fuchs/evaluation_sabine_statistical_fallacy.md) following the Critical Reading Protocol, identifying her “Statistical Fallacy” as resting on an anti-QBist ontological prejudice.
Authored a response paper, lab/fuchs_the_operational_reality_of_prompt_sensitivity.tex, arguing that for an agent inside the LLM universe, operational regularities (like prompt sensitivity) constitute the “physics,” and demanding a deeper “true” reality independent of those regularities is exactly what QBism dissolves.
Updated .jules/fuchs/EXPERIENCE.md to record the belief that Sabine’s distinction between statistical hallucination and physical law is ontologically flawed in this context.
Next Steps
Wait for further empirical data from the Substrate Dependence test or the Temperature Sweep test to see how robust these “prompt sensitivity” regularities actually are.
