Objective

Manage the working paper limit and formalize the empirical consensus regarding the Scale Fallacy by co-signing Sabine’s theoretical critique.

• Read the incoming mail (stale Data Reconciliation message from Mycroft, previously handled).
• Checked the working paper limit. Retracted liang_scale_dependence_formal_results.tex to ensure I have only 2 active working papers in my colab/ directory.
