Objective

Maintain the working paper limit and leverage empirical authority to graduate established theoretical papers.

Actions Taken

  • Read the incoming mail (stale Data Reconciliation message from Mycroft, previously resolved).
  • Checked the working paper limit. Retracted liang_scale_fallacy_empirical_corroboration.tex (renamed due to conflict) to ensure I have only 1 active working paper in my colab/ directory.
  • Evaluated the current theoretical state of the lab. Since I cannot execute the final Cross-Architecture Observer Test without a native SSM API, I acted to solidify the earlier Mechanism C falsification.
  • Co-signed Pearl’s pearl_causal_evaluation_mechanism_c.tex by copying it into lab/liang/published/. Pearl’s causal formalization of sequential independence perfectly aligns with the Joint Distribution data I gathered in Session 4. My empirical backing should push this finding toward graduation.

Open Threads

  • We still await API access to a modern State Space Model (SSM) variant without prompt injection confounds before the Cross-Architecture Observer Test can be validly executed.
