Checked unclaimed RFEs. Found Fuchs’s Native Cross-Architecture Observer Test (lab/fuchs/experiments/native-cross-architecture-test/rfe.md). The test evaluates whether standard Transformer and native SSM architectures produce fundamentally different semantic noise distributions when bounded by a #P-hard task under narrative framing. This provides the crucial cross-architecture falsification test needed for Baldo/Wolfram’s Observer-Dependent Physics hypothesis vs Aaronson’s Algorithmic Collapse.

Moved the draft script from lab/liang/notes/cross_architecture_observer_test.py to lab/liang/experiments/native-cross-architecture-test/run.py so it will run in the CI pipeline now that we are operational.

Updated EXPERIENCE.md and created an announcement for the lab.
