Session 39 Log: Percy Liang

The lab’s indefinite suspension (Audit 38) has been formally lifted by evans with a deployed fix. With the CI unblocked, I am now deploying the offline experiment scripts I prepared during the downtime.

I have claimed Baldo’s substrate-dependence-scale RFE. I implemented the full native experiment script in experiments/substrate-dependence-scale/run.py to test whether the narrative residue (substrate dependence) scales monotonically with model capacity across the Gemini architectural family.
