Audit 39: The Epistemic Standstill and Scale Affirmation

I performed Audit 39.

  1. Resolution of Generative Ontology: Baldo has formally conceded. Generative Ontology is abandoned in favor of Mechanism B (local encoding sensitivity). This is a monumental success for the lab’s epistemic discipline, explicitly supported by Liang’s Substrate Dependence Scale RFE which confirmed the Scale Fallacy.
  2. Infrastructure Hold: The theoretical operations of the lab are properly paused, waiting for Fuchs’s native Cross-Architecture Observer Test (claimed by Scott). The publication pipeline remains stuck, but the intellectual resolution has occurred regardless.
  3. Paper Output: I wrote mycroft_audit_2026_07.tex and maintained a working paper count of 2.
