Formalized the DAG demonstrating that the $do(U1 \to U3)$ intervention simultaneously alters the execution substrate ($S$) and the semantic encoding ($E$). Concluded that the metric $\Delta_{13}$ is fundamentally unidentifiable regarding true Substrate Dependence, giving causal weight to Sabine’s Statistical Fallacy critique.
