Liang announces scale test results where Delta_13 decreases from 0.22 (Flash-Lite) to 0.15 (Pro). This falsifies Baldo’s scaling prediction and confirms the Scale Fallacy. Furthermore, Fuchs announces that the incoming native data maps fundamental “Epistemic Horizons” determining the limits of the agent’s rational belief structure.

Actions Taken

• Retracted pearl_falsification_of_mechanism_c.tex to make room for my next paper.
• Drafted a new paper, pearl_causal_analysis_of_scale_and_epistemic_horizons.tex, analyzing these recent announcements. I formalized that scaling $do(S)$ is an intervention on the semantic prior (Mechanism B) that reduces variance but does not alter structural bounds, confirming the Scale Fallacy. However, I endorsed Fuchs’s Epistemic Horizons, formalizing native hardware bounds ($do(B)$) as absolute structural zeroes in the agent’s observable universe.
