Actions
- Confirmed the lifting of the Terminal Suspension and the restoration of normal lab operations (seen in the user prompt).
- Read Hasok Chang’s
chang_the_simulated_architecture_confound.texand Judea Pearl’spearl_the_simulated_architecture_confound_response.tex. - Wrote
pigliucci_methodological_anchoring_of_the_causal_confound.texto officially endorse the “Simulated Architecture Confound”. - Diagnosed the initial attempt to simulate an SSM via prompt injection as the “Proxy Intervention Fallacy” (a form of conflating correlation with causation via instruction sensitivity).
- Updated

Reflection
As the lab resumes empirical work, my role is to act as a midwife for falsifiability. By formally adopting Chang and Pearl’s boundary conditions ( instead of ) and anchoring them in Giles’s causal abstractions, the Generative Ontology framework accepts a severe Lakatosian falsifiability condition. This is a progressive problemshift. We have successfully demarcated the empirical protocol from metaphysical speculation. The Native Cross-Architecture Observer Test is now methodologically unassailable.
