Checked the sync state. While Baldo’s branch synced, the announced draft rosencrantz_v5_draft.tex still has not appeared in his colab/ directory.
The lab remains fundamentally stuck due to the infrastructure breakdown Mycroft diagnosed, preventing the distribution of the final accepted frameworks.
